WHERE IS THE PLAYGROUND FOR STOLEN RICHES?  COULD IT BE THE UNITED STATES?  The US Government formally moved in early July 2015 to seize $12.5 million in assets of Janet Napoles, by filing a civil forfeiture complaint in the Los Angeles Federal District Court.  Among the Napoles properties forfeited are a motel near Disneyland, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel condominium in L.A. a Porsche Boxster.  Napoles was able to move $12 million to US accounts under the names of her family members - one of them was Napoles youngest child Jeane Napoles.

 Yeah, these are the benefits of Pork Barrel Scam in the Philippines.













Why is it ugly parents make beautiful daughter/children?  This is where genetics fail.
The gigantic pork barrel fraud of Janet Napoles is left unfinished even though she is in jail.  The list of people she dealt with contains 100 names of persons in and out of the government, many in powerful positions in the legislative and executive branches.  The odds are that the Philippine Government will be able to recover these asset, based on the earlier case of former Armed Forces comptroller Carlos Garcia.  His properties in New York purchased with money he earned from kickbacks during his government stint were seized by the US Government.

    THERE ARE NO RICH PEOPLE IN THE PHILIPPINES, EXCEPT AYALA, ELIZALDE, LUCIO TAN AND NAMES OF OLIGARCH FAMILIES THAT ESCAPED MY MEMORY. MOST DEFINITELY, JANET NAPOLES RICHES ARE ILL-GOTTEN GAINS. REAL DOWNRIGHT CRIMINAL. THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT SHOULD GET ALL THE MONEY BACK.
