I accept all referrals and have followed your recommended act of book reading. I have this heavy and beautiful HOLY BIBLE book and read it sometime ago back to back. For my convenience though, it was easier for me to do an internet search http://www.christianinconnect.com/acts.htm Moreover, I'm familiar with the Acts of the Apostles, especially the Epistles of St. Paul to the Corinthians and Greeks and as a traveling preacher to a small gathering of Christian believers in Ephesus, Turkey, and of most of these preachings are being always read as Gospel truth during Holy Mass in the Roman Catholic Church. If you go to church every Sunday for 3 years you learn the entire Bible. Jesus Christ alone, as you know, founded the early Christian religion more than 2,000 years ago and is therefore its "basic foundation" and not socialism. Furthermore, the pillars of Jesus' Foundation are the 12 apostles, assigned by Jesus as fishers of men - to promote Christianity as a universal religion (Apostles Creed), and to evangelize pagans in Israel and beyond. One of the 12 apostles, Matthew was an accountant - a capitalist pig during his time - was very much welcomed by Jesus.

Tit for tat. For enlightenment, please read Karl Marx (maybe you have read) The Communist Manifesto and Das Kapital - the 2 bibles about socialism and leftists. I bet you will never equate Christianity with Socialism after reading them.

Where did you learn and pull of that most unusual meaning or opinion? In my reading of Karl Marx, an avowed Communist (not a Christian that I know of) and absolute Father of Socialism, I think you are very much misinformed. I urge you to view Christianity, real or a religious cult, in a different dimension.

Greetings from Windy City Chicago. Soon it will be winter for us here and it will be spring or summer in your neck of the Aussie desert. Money makes the world go 'round. What do you call your currency? Is it the same as the British pound since Australia is a British colony? There was an excellent and very interesting PBS documentary a while ago called the "History of Money." Right. Greed is good and so far it has not led me to destruction and starvation!!! So far, brother Tim, the wheel of fortune in the world is wheeling and dealing as usual. I checked the companies that control the world's wealth and so far I'm satisfied my small investments are being managed well by the companies.
