Don Matteo

DON MATTEO IS AN ITALIAN RAI TV DRAMA/COMEDY SERIES.  He's the bicycle riding priest who has a knack in solving crimes.  You can call him the Italian Father Brown, the original  bicycle riding priest from England.

Season 8, filmed in Gubbio, Italy, in 2010? and just concluded Monday night on MHz World View was the best ever.  Finally, Patrizia and Captain Tomassi got married in the season finale.  To the disappointment of fans,  Patrizia died in a car accident three years later,  in the beginning of Season 9 (2011).
