I MUST SAY I GET A BIT UPSET WHENEVER OBAMA STEPS UP THE PODIUM AND HOLDS A NEWS CONFERENCE AT THE WHITE HOUSE PRESS ROOM. Why so? My favorite program gets pre-emptied, that's why. Like last Friday. In this press conference he again rehashed and talked about torture by CIA/Guantanamo. But how come he never talked about what happened in Benghazi in any of his press conference, about his thoughts, his feelings and what he was doing that evening? This is the reason why folks like self will always have a difference of opinion with him. The Madame Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton was in charge on September 11, 2012 when the murder and torture under fire happened but no doubt she was in communication with the Commander at the White House. Weren't they both at the White House or was he on flight to Las Vegas for his never-ending fundraising? Those reporters at the press room are bunch of afraid of Obama and under his thumb. Ninnies and timid. The whole press corps. Not like the House Republicans who sued Obama for changing ObamaCare laws and mandates. Well, toodle-oo, go ahead make my day. Let's muddy the last two years of his God-forsaken presidency. In the Obama Regime, Obama is king!

Q: Where was Obama on the terrible night of September 11 in Benghazi?
A: He was in Las Vegas, Nevada campaigning
Q: Where was Secretary of State Hillary Clinton?
A: Sleeping at 3:00 A.M.
Q: Why no help for the beleaguered Americans from the military in Italy for 8 hours?
A: The Generals were told to stand down.
First and last, everyone, especially the mainstream media, is afraid to touch the first black president of the United States. The fear of being called racist is tantamount from their fellow Americans who were guilty of slaving the blacks for more than 200 years. Besides, in being elected and re-elected, he has joined the US pantheon of distinguished Presidents. They are powerful and untouchable! With one exception - Nixon.

His murder by the Benghazi mob on September 11 is the fault of Obama and the carelessness of his administration. I am most certain that what happened to him and his three other escorts who were murdered with him would never have occurred if the president was George W. Bush, who was since forever vigilant and learned his lesson after the 911 attacks. Under the Bush Administration and previous Republican presidents, no ambassador had been assassinated and no embassy buildings and consular offices were burned and destroyed. These are places where Americans could find sanctuary and be safed and secured and people from other nations could seek asylum. When I was touring Europe in 1998 (and this was prior to 911), our tour bus got close to one of the embassies, barricade blocks and two marines guarding the door, and we had to make a detour. In 2000 in Denmark, I saw in a photo mailed by a marine to his dad guarding the U.S. Embassy with Colin Powell posing with him. Considering that Obama when he took office had no foreign policy experience and the world gallivanting Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (OMG, she's so old-looking), same thing, still I find their naivete so incredulous. The Libyan revolution/war was just done some months ago, Ambassador Stevens was duly sworned but violence and demonstrations are still occurring in other hotspots. I don't quite understand why there were no marines for protections? Was there a false sense of security? I guess the very premature awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to Obama and his killing of Osama (bragged so much at the DNC) had gone into his head! Obama and the American people should realize that Islamic terrorists will always be at war with the United States - for all time. By the way, the Obama Administration was shamed by Mitt Romney by speaking of his immediate concern of what happened the night before and right after the barbaric murders of Ambassador Stevens and three others. There's nothing political at all - Romney is a caring man who wants to protect all Americans, unlike Obama who's always on the side of his Muslim brothers. I must say, I'm not surprised!

MUSINGS ON BENGHAZI Next month is the 3rd anniversary of the tragic killing of four Americans in Benghazi. Looking back now, maybe or maybe not, they could have been saved by the US military if they had a go-signal from the White House to scramble the jet fighters in nearby base in Italy to at least create some kind of diversion. It seemed to me nothing was done to help those who called for help and paralyzed by incompetence because the November 2012 election was fast approaching and the Obama administration would rather play it safe.
