It boggles my mind who would be a world-class sucker to respond to this scam?

Mr. Ali Mahmoud would like to deposit $10,500,000.00 to a recipient bank in the United States.  This must going all over for quite sometime now because he's still looking for some gullible person.  Everyone should have wised up by now.
