I WAS CHANNEL SURFING OUR LOCAL PBS STATION AS USUAL WHEN I SO HAPPENED TO WATCH A 2009 SHORT FILM CALLED TELEGLOBAL DREAMIN'.  Short films are usually shown to TV viewers to fill up the time left after an hour-in-a-half program such as international mysteries and independent films.  One thing about short films - they leave you in suspense.  A cliffhanger.  The "unexpected consequence" makes you wonder.
