Part 2  Filipino American Lives:  Delano Manongs: Forgotten Heroes of United Farm Workers

The story of farm labor organizer Larry Itilong and a group of Filipino farm workers who instigated the Delano Grape Strike of 1965 - bringing about the creation of United Farm Workers Union (UFW).

First generation of Filipino immigrants in California are farm workers, working hand in hand with Cesar Chavez.
