 Well, I was honest with my answers (eat processed foods and meat only and no exercise) and my lifespan was calculated to 90.  This is correct!  Because even before I did not need a Lifespan Calculator I have guesstimated my tomb's day to be 92!  Yeah! I'm not bragging either of my lifestyle.  I am what I eat  -- pork belly and lots of fats.  We have to consider that we live in a multicultural society, of different ethnicity  with inherent genetic longevity.  Caucasians are different from Asians when it comes to DNA, food and other external factors.  The human body is pre-programmed to self destruction.  I admit you can buy time and live a few years more.  When it's time, it's time and no exercise till kingdom come can prevent us from pushing daisies.

THIS IS TOO PRECIOUS NOT TO PASS ON. I  certainly don't think an adult could explain this more beautifully!  THIS  IS FABULOUS!!! It was written by an 8-year-old named Danny Dutton, who lives in  Chula Vista , CA  . He wrote it for his third grade homework assignment, to 'explain God.' I wonder if any of us could have done as well?   (and he had such an assignment, in  California , and someone published it, I guess miracles do happen!) EXPLANATION  OF GOD: 'One of God's main jobs is making people. He makes them to replace the ones that die, so there will be enough people to take care of things on earth. He doesn't make grownups, just  babies. I think because they are smaller and easier to make. That way he doesn't have to take up his valuable time teaching them to talk and walk. He can just leave that to mothers and  fathers.' 'God's second most important  job is listening to prayers An awful lot of this goes on, since some people, like preachers and things, pray at times beside bedtime. God doesn't  have time to listen to the radio or TV because of  this. Because he hears everything, there must be a terrible lot of noise in his ears, unless he has thought of a way to turn it off.' A Fungus Named SpongeBob

A newly discovered fungus (aka mushroom to chefs) was named after the popular cartoon SpongeBob SquarePants because of its sea sponge shape.  It does not have the cap and stem look common to fungi and no one is sure if it's edible.  The look alike sponge was found by Dennis Desjardin, a Biology professor from San Francisco State University, not in his garden but in the island of Borneo.

  Unfortunately, folks believe what they want to believe.  Democrats will forever vote Democrat.  Republicans will forever vote Republican.  Independents don't know their own mind.  All I can say is, Obama and the Democrats may be in power at the moment, but the best protection is to isolate oneself from the likes of these liars and demagogues.  What I usually do is educate myself by analyzing what's good for me and the extreme motives of these professional politicians and their wives (telling me what to eat!)  A few years ago I asked an immigrant worker ( belonging to one of Asian minorities) in a restaurant if he vote.  He said, no.  I asked why? He said politics as a whole don't help him. He may be right because the whites, the blacks and the Hispanics have a powerful voice in the political arena and control everything that matters such as social, religion and environmental among other things. I don't take politics seriously because I take care of myself first.

There's much more to this "The Eagle" video: It's the attached video song.  I was searching my CD collection yesterday to enhance my video.  I found a church song called "Fly Like a Bird" sung by Skokie Chix, cantors from St. Joan of Arc Catholic Parish in Evanston-Skokie, Illinois.  I even saw the multi-platinum singer Mariah Carey singing it.  The song composer was Ken Canedo http://www.spiritandsong.com , who currently serves as a Catholic youth minister and pastoral musician for parishes in Portland, Oregon.  His recent CD called Doxology is a collection of contemporary and traditional music to honor the Most Holy Trinity.  Also a brilliant author, his book Keep theFire Burning:The Folk Mass Revolution is  a must read.  What impressed me most about him is not only originality but his liturgical musings and unwavering loyalty and understanding of the Catholic Church at the time of chaos and mass demonstrations of the 60's.  He came from a big Filipino family in Los Angeles but said San Francisco is his favorite city. May I add you don't have to be Catholic to appreciate his music.

Obama is fearmongering as usual.  He said retired folks, senior citizens, veterans and, may I add, other Social Security welfare recipients including jobless folks getting unemployment checks won't be able to get their money if the debt ceiling is not increased by the deadline of August 3rd.  Bullcrap!  Not true!  It goes to show the man who never held a career job in his life but got elected because of the color of his skin and hypes from the mainstream media and Hollywood celebrities does not know how to manage a nation.  It's inconceivable a super-rich nation like the USA does not have money with billions and billions of tax revenues going to the Federal Treasury coming from 50 STATES!  Let's elect to the Executive Office in 2012 someone WHO CAN!
