THE INTERNATIONAL CREW OF NORWEGIAN PEARL FROM AT LEAST 67 COUNTRIES MADE OUR DAYS SAILING SMOOTH AND HAPPY IN THE CARIBBEAN SEA.  With more than 1,000 crew members and more than 2,000 passengers, a total of more than 3,000, the ship is like a small country.  Belize, one of our stops, has only 300,000 inhabitants.

Crew members work 8 months and take a vacation of 2 months.
