LAYING OFF EMPLOYEES IS A BIG DILEMMA FOR COMPANY CEOs. Usually the managers and supervisors are the first ones to go and next the "associates." True, for the past 5 years the job unemployment has remained bad or the same under Obama. But it seems everyone, except the 47% who did not vote for him, is contented and secured with the changes, ominous they maybe, he made. It's very hard to believe but I think it's to be attributed to Black Power.
