Eucharist Host Miracle

THERE IS A DIVINE CONNECTION AND CONTINUITY FROM THE TIME OF JESUS CHRIST AT THE LAST SUPPER TO WHAT HAPPENED IN BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA, ON AUGUST 15, 1996.
The Last Supper
While they were eating, Jesus took bread, said the blessing, broke it, and giving it to his disciples said, "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you, for this is my blood of the covenant, which will be shed on behalf of many for the forgiveness of sins."  Matthew 26:26-29

Jesus said to the 12 Apostles, "The bread that I will give is my flesh."

A Host (Ostia) is a round wafer of wheat bread.  On August 15, 1996, an elderly Eucharistic Minister was giving Host to the faithful in a parish in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Host became dirty, maybe it dropped on the floor, so the priest put the sacred Host in a receptacle of water and then placed it on the Tabernacle.  A few days later, the priest looked at the receptacle thinking the Host had dissolved.  Instead it had coagulated with red spots in it.  A sample was sent to a city lab and red blood cells and white blood cells were seen under the microscope.  The blood type was Type A.  The cells of the sample were moving and beating.  All living cells move anyway.  Three years later, Dr. Ricardo Gomez sent a sample to a lab in New York for testing.  The lab report: It's the living muscle from a human heart - specifically the myocardial muscle from the left ventricle.  In 2004, a test sample was sent to Frederick Zugibe, a renowned pathologist who was an expert in examining the heart of a dead person, why and how and what cause the person died.  His finding: The heart belonged to a person who had been severely tortured - not in 1996 but many, many years before.  May we suppose, more than 2,000 years ago?

A hoax? A lab contamination? For full explanation of this "Eucharistic Miracle"

The Host is most holy and should be treated with reverence - Jesus is timeless.  Infinite.

The Precious Body of Christ is ALIVE at the Holy Sacrament of the Mass

Do you know who was the archbishop of Buenos Aires when this Eucharistic Miracle happened? Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio, now Pope Francis.  It's "divine providence" that he'll be the successor to the Chair of St. Peter.
