December 26, 2004: Surprise snowfall
TOTO has been living in Texas for 4 years and it's his first time to see snow in Galveston. He used to own a fleet of taxis in Davao City, Philippines but a few bad Filipino Muslims in his neigborhood made it difficult for him so he decided to immigrate to the United States. We heard from Lulu that the Rio Grand Valley had 6 inches of snowfall also. It was a rare occurrence - it never happened before, not in 109 years. However, I was reading a letter to the editor that it snowed in the valley twice before.
