THE OWNER JP (JOHN PAUL) NAMED HIS RESTAURANT AFTER HIS HOMETOWN OF BACOLOD, THE CAPITAL CITY OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL IN WESTERN VISAYAS. It's famous for the Masskara (masks) Festival celebrated during the month of August. The restaurant walls are decorated with many colorful masks he brought from the Philippines. He has traveled the world, staying for some years - in Saudi Arabia, Ireland, England and finally in the U.S.
