St. Joan of Arc Mission Narrative
We are inspired by our patroness, St. Joan of Arc, "If I am not, may God put me there, and if I am, may God so keep me." - From the Trial of Condemnation
In order to flourish as a Parish, we will foster a welcoming culture and work together to serve the less fortunate, support Catholic education, and evangelize the children and adults in our parish community.
Three Building Blocks to help us renew our faith and clarify our parish goals and objectives:
1) Emphasize Communio, which is conscious solidarity to Christ of all parishioners even in the midst of diversity and conflict.
2) Catechesis ( Greek word meaning Echoing Our Faith) will strengthen our understanding of the Gospel message and give everyone to be more actively engaged in our liturgical ministries, RE (Religious Education) and community service.
3) Surrounding all of our efforts is the Call to Holiness, which will provide us with more opportunities for spiritual companionship in our parish and exploration of new paths for our collective journey with Christ.
