THE WONDER OF MSN
It is the 8th wonder
of the world. 8 meaning infinity - it's all knowing, all
seeing and all everywhere. If you have MSN you have it
all. I love my Windows XP. I, myself, being a lady of
convenience think it is the best. Second to none.
Starting up with MSN is good for your health. It
gives you comfort, peace of mind and happiness. It keeps you company in times of insanity, chaos,
confusion, aggravation, humiliation, and destruction. There
will be 100 million people buying and replacing their obsolete
computers in the coming year. I don't see any reason why not
MSN - be sensible and be economical. GET MSN! My spam
e-mail 0-1; my pop ads 0-1; my windows update are automatic and up
to the nanoseconds. Virus? What is that? You do
not need GGLE Search Engine when you have MSN Search - it is
the tops. My only problem with my MSN is....ME! I have
not tapped into its potential - not even a nanobyte - due to my
laziness. It's part of my genetic makeup. I have my
MSN Windows XP for more than 2 years and until now I do not know
much about Microsoft Word, Microsoft Spreadsheet/Excel, Microsoft
PowerPoint and Microsoft Money. What a waste for
me - I don't have the passion. But I kiss my MSN Windows XP
goodbye before I close it for the day. When you get MSN you
are also giving to the global community. Mr. Bill Gates and
Mr. Paul Allen are the supreme humanitarians of all-time.
They give billions and billions of dollars in aid to AIDS
prevention in Africa, India and the rest of the world. So
when you buy MSN you know where your money is going - it's
going to the sick and poor.
May
the cybergods be with you.

Interesting reading from the Land of Bananas - The
ReplyDeletePhilippines.
Power of Bananas
:
After Reading THIS, you'll
NEVER look at the Banana in the same way Again!!
If you want a quick fix for flagging energy levels
there's no better snack
than
a banana. Containing three
natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose - combined
with fiber, a banana gives an
instant, sustained and
substantial boost of energy.
Research has proved
that just two bananas provide enough energy for
a
strenuous 90-minute
workout. No wonder the banana is the number one
fruit
with the world's
leading athletes. But energy isn't the only way a
banana
can help us keep fit.
It can also help overcome or prevent substantial number of illnesses and conditions making it a must
to add to your daily diet.
Anemia: High in iron, bananas can
stimulate the production of hemoglobin in
the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.
Blood
Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high
in potassium
yet low in salt
making it the perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has
just allowed the banana industry to make
Hope this helps when time

HOW
TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK ALONE
If everyone who gets this
sends it to 10 people, you
can bet that we'll save at least one
life.
Let's say it's 6: 15 p.m. and you're driving
home
(alone of course), after an unusually hard day on
the
job. You're really tired, upset and frustrated.
Suddenly, you start experiencing severe pain in your
chest
that starts to radiate out into your arm and up
into your jaw. You
are only about five miles from the
hospital nearest your home;
unfortunately you don't
Know if you'll be able to make it that far.
What can
You do? You've been trained in CPR but the guy
that
taught the course neglected to tell you how to
perform
It on yourself. Since many people are alone when
they
suffer a heart attack, this article seemed to be in order.
Without help, the person whose heart stops beating
properly
and who begins to feel faint, has only about
10 seconds left before
losing consciousness. However,
these victims can help themselves
by coughing
repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath
should
be taken before each cough. The cough must be deep
and
prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside
the
chest. And a cough must be repeated about every 2
seconds without
let up until help arrives, or until
the heart is felt to be beating
normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and
coughing
movements squeeze the heart and keep the
blood
circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart
also
helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way,
heart
attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as
many
other people as possible about this, it could
save
their lives! From Health Cares, Rochester

Hospital via Chapter 240s newsletter AND THE BEAT
GOES

Thanks for the info. I did not know there are many
ReplyDeleteways to skin a banana.
More power to you!

BUG BUSTER - Something strange in your body?...
ReplyDeleteGo to your fresh food market and buy
cilantro. Cilantro is a vegetable that smells like roaches in my
opinion. Recently, a compound discovered in fresh cilantro leaves and
seeds was found to kill Salmonella, one of the most common bacteria in
food poisoning. Researchers are studying and developing the compound into
a food additive that could prevent foodborne diseases in the
future.
BLAME IT ON CASANOVA - With his magic
spell... An Australian scientist from the University of
Melbourne rediscovered the lemon juice as a form of contraceptive thanks to
playboy Casanova and his mesmerized madams and girlfriends. When he was
interviewed the TV program CATALYST more than a week ago, he said lemon
juice not only kills sperm cells but also the AIDS virus. It's being
used by Asian women and underdeveloped countries who can't afford the expensive
AIDS or contraceptive drugs. The women are being warned that because of
the acidic nature of the lemon, it might destroy the vaginal lining
and the virus could still enter the body. Ouch! http://www.jcrow.com/lemon.html
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU - And sing it twice...
This is the length of time (15 to 20 seconds) of hand washing to
scrub and suds up your hands to keep it germ-free according to the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
DON'T BE BLUE WITH FLU - Hit it with your best
shot... It's vaccination time.
YOU'RE ELIGIBLE IF:
50 or older
Diagnosed with a chronic illness (must have a note
from their physician which states the illness)
YOU'RE NOT ELIGIBLE IF:
Allergy to chicken eggs
Reaction to the flu vaccination in the past (you must
receive your shot from your doctor upon his discretion)
