I just visited with Manong Nap and Marilou this beautiful Veterans War Memorial of Texas in McAllen - a dream of respect, honor and glory fulfilled by Col. Frank S. Plummer - the man behind its creation and a veteran of World War II, Korean and Vietnam Wars.  The video song is "Patriot" by Paul Mottram.
