Yep, did not work this time - blaming Bush 43 - you know, the punching bag of Obama, liberal Democrats, Hollywood celebrities and mainstream media. Calling him even one of top five worst U.S. presidents of all time. I-D-I-O-T.They must have forgotten that since September 11, 2001 Bush kept us safe from terrorism. Is that worse? Before going to Iraq, the situation in Afghanistan was an initial success. In the last days of the Bush Administration, Iraq was surviving and her democracy in infancy, trying to take off. With a new U.S. president who promised the American people that all troops will be out after he was elected, Islamic radicals were on the move across the Middle East. I'm for nation building. In the late 1950s, Communism was spreading in the provinces of the Philippines. These Filipino communists were known as Hukbalahaps or just plain Huks. Because of American presence, maintaining two naval bases and one air force base, Filipinos were able to stop the spread of communism with the help and guidance of the United States. Also, having Ramon Magsaysay as a courageous Philippine president was a great help.
With a new REPUBLICAN majority in both houses of Congress - the promise of brighter things to come is good as done.
