Endless maze and cornucopia of memories with family and friends, from birth and beyond. My labyrinth is my brain. A brain that will open everytime you click the maze. "Reach high, for stars lie hidden in your soul. Dream deep, for every dream precedes the goal." *Blessed Mother Teresa

The Tennessee Waltz - singer Patti Page 1950
I first saw her at the age of 13 - the "RAGE of the 50s" PATTI PAGE - when she visited the Philippines and was a guest at the Manila Broadcasting Company. She was the best-selling female singer of the 50s and all time. She was so sweet and gracious, nodding at her fans as she passed by. I've seen her now and then in later years at PBS golden oldies shows, singing in the same lovely mellow voice. I did not know her real name was Clara Ann Fowler. She was born on November 8, 1927 in Claremore, Oklahoma. Her beautiful voice faded away on January 1, 2013 and gone to rest in peace at the age of 85. She was set to be the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the GRAMMYS this year.
