In the afternoon after eating my lunch of rice and langgonisa (Filipino sausage) I'd walk the short walk to the Feati University NRSIT annex for another class. Along the way I'd pause and rest halfway at the MacArthur Bridge, looking at the beautiful water lilies floating in the Pasig River. In class, I forgot what subject, I'd hear through the radio school window the beautiful and mellow sound of Johnny Mathis singing many of his popular songs at the time.
