What an awesome woman! A superwoman, beautiful and strong beyond compare. I very much admire her fortitude and dignity in the face of malevolent, despicable criticisms by most in the mainstream media and in both political parties. She's the envy of liberal ugly women and a few in the Conservative corner because she just keeps on rolling with gusto and back-at-you, in your face people. Aye, baby! She had her 15-minute of fame as a veep candidate with McCain in 2008 and like other past candidates, with the exception of Reagan (that I know of), it's kind of hard to catch and seize and recapture that forever moment of fame. Indubitably, she's famous to her followers and notorious to her foes. I hate, by the way, saying the word "exception" -

Politically, like women who had high presidential aspiration before her, i.e. Hillary Clinton, she's no longer a doable candidate. More or less, a party cheerleader on the go. Hey, admit it! It's a man's world.

How despicable and disgusting these mindless, crazy people in the media and private citizens are! What a waste of taxpayers money and paper just to print Sarah Palin's loads of private e-mails. How low can they get. And for what reason? These maggots are dangerous -- I stay away when I see one.

However, I'd like to conclude, forgetting Sarah is nothing but an impossible wish by her enemies.

The Dirty Little Secret at the Grocery Store Which of the following surfaces is most likely to be contaminated with dangerous bacteria -- a diaper changing table... playground equipment... a shopping cart handle... ATM buttons... or the handrail on an escalator? I would have said a diaper changing table... and I would have been wrong. The correct answer is the shopping cart handle, and after you read what I’m about to tell you, I think you’re going to join me in making a change to your shopping habits! What Exactly Do You Mean By Dirty? The finding comes from researchers at the Department of Soil, Water and Environmental Science at The University of Arizona in Tucson. Previous studies had shown that seating children in shopping carts increases their risk for infection with salmonella and campylobacter bacteria, each of which can lead to abdominal pain and diarrhea that last for a week (or longer in people with weakened immune systems). This time, researchers set out to see just how dirty shopping cart seats and handles really are. To do that, they swabbed the handles and seats of 85 shopping carts randomly selected from parking lots of grocery stores in San Francisco... Los Angeles... Atlanta... Portland, Oregon... and Sioux City, Iowa, and tested the samples they had gathered. What they found: Coliform bacteria (common in soil, on vegetation and in the feces of animals) were present in high amounts on 72% of the carts... and Escherichia coli (E. coli), a specific species of coliform present in the lower intestines of all warm-blooded mammals and responsible for many serious tainted-food-related illnesses, were present on 50% of 36 of the carts. In fact, the researchers pointed out, "Total bacterial levels [on the carts] are far greater than those typically found in public restrooms and other public places and objects that are commonly touched in these environments." Why Are the Carts So Filthy? According to the study, the potential causes of contamination are numerous, ranging from contact with contaminated raw foods, such as those found in a supermarket... bird or other animal feces (which may contaminate the carts while they sit in the parking lot)... or contact with feces-contaminated hands (or other body parts) of previous cart users or children in diapers. "Shopping carts are one of the objects most contaminated with fecal bacteria that the public is likely to come into contact with," said Charles Gerba, PhD, professor of environmental microbiology at The University of Tucson and lead researcher on the study. Of course, public restrooms are cleaned on a set schedule... your shopping cart, not so much. What You Can Do The next time you go shopping, don’t disregard the containers of disinfecting wipes now provided by many stores near the carts -- give the handle and seat (if you’re planning to use it) a good wipe-down. Though it takes around 10 minutes for the disinfectants in the wipes to work, it’s a good start. Some stores have started providing disposable/recyclable plastic barriers that fit over their cart handles, which are also a good choice. (You can buy your own -- for instance, Protective Cart Guard made by Health Touch Solutions, www.healthtouchsolutions.com, 877-823-4871.) Even if you do use wipes or a barrier on your cart, after shopping, wash your hands (and your child’s hands) before eating anything. When washing isn’t practical, Dr. Gerba says, you can use a hand sanitizer such as Purell. "It kills the viruses and bacteria in fecal matter," Dr. Gerba says. And that’s just what you want. And by all means (the very thought now gives me shudders!), please don’t ever let a child suck on a shopping cart handle. The Obama Administration is a do-nothing administration.  So lackadaisical in each and every way and totally lacking in spirit.  Cold arrogance and pretentious.  Talk the talk (teleprompter) but never walk the walk.  He was solely elected and super-hyped by the liberal mainstream media and the academic elites who looked down upon us common people as if we have a pea-brain intelligence.  During the presidential election of 2008, I asked a few friends why they voted for Obama who was lacking in experience and character in comparison with his presidential opponent "old" John McCain or Sarah Palin (beautiful, outdoor/sportswoman extraordinaire, capable former mayor and governor of Alaska et cetera)? Let's put aside Obama's slogans of "Change" and "Yes We Can!"  Absolute nonsense! These blind mindless fools voted for Obama because he's young, a Magna cum Laude Harvard law graduate - "intelligent" - and 50% black/50% white - the obvious come on to every black and white socialist Americans and Hollywood celebrities.  If true, how come Obama who got a grade of "D" in Natural Sciences be a Magna cum Laude, may I ask? I still want Harvard U to release Obama's school grades or it will be forever behind my mind - "dumb" Bush and "haughty" Kerry released theirs.  They shouted it was about time America had a black president. Historywise, Obama joined the elite and exclusive club of American presidents and let me tell you this - they protect each other like brothers.  Granted, the Islamic terrorist Osama bin Laden had been finally caught and killed by Obama under his watch but that was due to the diligence and long, longtime hard work of Homeland Security, FBI, CIA, and the military (Navy Seals) that continued on from the Bush Administration until the Obama Administration and beyond.  Terrorism is here to stay.

Aren't we lucky"!!!!  We have such a wonderful caring president that worries about Air Force One This is from Mark Knoller of CBS.  The pilots and crew of Air Force One are flying more hours than a rookie on a beer run. They are tired of it too, and are adding more crew to Air Force-1, I know this for a fact because I'm one of the instructors that trains the crews. Our company (Atlas Air) has had the Air Force-1 and E-4 contract for over two years and I've been doing it for about 8 months now. Last year (2010) Obama flew in Air Force One 172 times, almost every other day. White House officials have been telling reporters in recent days that the Democrat doesn't intend to hang around the White House quite so much in 2011. They explain he wants to get out more around the country because, as everyone knows, that midterm election shellacking on Nov. 2 had nothing to do with his health care bill, over-spending or other policies, and everything to do with Obama's not adequately explaining himself to his countrymen and women. And with only 673 days remaining in Obama's never ending presidential campaign, the incumbent's travel pace will not likely slacken. At an Air Force estimated cost of $181,757 per flight HOUR (not to mention the additional travel costs of Marine One, Secret Service, logistics and local police overtime), that's a lot of frequent flier dollars going into Obama's carbon footprint. We are privy to some of these numbers thanks to CBS' Mark Knoller, a bearded national treasure trove of presidential stats.  According to Knoller's copious notes, during the last year, Obama made 65 domestic trips over 104 days, and six trips to eight countries over 22 days. Not counting six vacation trips over 32 days. He took 196 helicopter trips, signed 203 pieces of legislation and squeezed in 29 rounds of left-handed golf. Obama last year gave 491 speeches, remarks or statements. That's more talking than goes on in some entire families, at least from fatherly mouths. In fact, even including the 24 days of 2010 that we never saw Obama in public, his speaking works out to about one official utterance every 11 waking hours.  Aides indicate the "Real Good Talker" believes we need more. Related:  Obama spends nearly half his presidency outside Washington , plans to travel more Related:  Vacationer-in-Chief Spends $1.75 Million to Visit Hawaiian Chums. Obama has spent over $100 million taxpayer dollars flying around in Air Force One, and probably another $100 million on his entourage.  Obama is just another tin-pot dictator living lavishly at the expense of his subjects. And we seniors have to "tighten our belts" because we aren't getting a COLA again this year... and none last year! THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED PUT THIS GREEDY, NARCISSISTIC WINDBAG IN OFFICE!! BE MORE CAREFUL NEXT TIME!!
